How do I place an order?The easiest way to place an order is by emailing us at: irresistiblyscrumptious@outlook.com Our busiest days are Friday-Sunday so we recommend calling us on 01243 605468 if urgent.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?We can cater to both dairy free and vegan treats for some of our products. Please contact us for more details. Some of our bakes are also suitable for vegetarians. All of our bakes are produced on a premises where nuts, soya, eggs, milk, peanuts, wheat (gluten) are used.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?All of our products are made to order so we require at least one week's minimum notice on all orders. For custom cakes and cupcakes these notice periods vary so please refer to our 'Custom' section on our website for more details. We book up 2-3 weeks in advance for custom orders so we recommend booking in as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Large orders should be booked at least 1 month in advance to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, once we are fully booked we're unable to take on any more orders.

Is your kitchen nut free?Our kitchen is NOT nut free. All of our treats are prepared in the same kitchen, while a product may not be nut free and all measures are taken to avoid cross contamination we cannot call ourselves a nut free environment. Please make us aware of allergy concerns at time of booking.

Do i need to leave a deposit on my order?Yes, all orders require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Your order will not be guaranteed and in our diary until the deposit has been received.

What information should I have ready before placing an order?Please have the desired date for collection or delivery, cake size (if applicable), quantity, flavours, reference photos (if applicable for custom orders), buttercream options and filling options (for custom cupcake and cake orders). A reference photo is required for all custom cake and cupcake orders.

Do you deliver?Yes, we do! Please contact us for our delivery pricing.

What payment options do you accept?All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Payment details will be attatched to your invoice when ordering.

Do you make fondant cakes?Unfortunately we specialise in buttercream and we do not copy designs of other cake artists.

Do you have a shop?We do not but we do events across West Sussex and Hampshire. Please keep an eye on our social media pages for when these are and if you'd like to come and try our products.

What is your cancellation policy?In the event of a cancellation the deposit or order total will be transferred to a new date. This is dependant on the new date having availability. Deposits are non refundable. If you would like to change your booking or postpone your order this will be subject to any price increases since the original order was placed.

How long is your response time?We aim to respond to all enquires within 24 hours.

Damage to productsUpon collection and on delivery orders need to be inspected for damage. Once the order is out of our hands we do not take responsibility for any damage caused after receipt of the order.

What is contactless delivery?Before delivery we will send you an estimated arrival time. Once we are close by we will send you a message to update you. We will knock on the door or ring the doorbell and stand two metres back. If you are not in during the estimated delivery time frame you must inform us and provide a safe space to leave your order. For example, this can be with a neighbour.

What are your delivery days?We deliver Tuesday-Saturday for local deliveries.

Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?If you'd like to make changes to your order we require as much notice as possible, otherwise we may be unable to make the changes. We will always endeavour to adjust the order and make changes however under some circumstances this may not be possible according to the notice given and the supplies needed to complete the adjustment. If the alteration affects the cost of the product or preparation has already begun for the original design or product then your balance will be adjusted accordingly.
