Our personalised smash hearts are made from Belgian chocolate and jam packed with your choice of fillings, whether that includes your favourite sweets and chocolates or even hiding an engagement ring to propose with. Smash hearts make the perfect gift if you're after for something slightly different and you're able to customise your smash heart into becoming a smash heart treatbox with our added extra's!
Each edible heart can be customised with wording of your choice or browse our range of premium toppers to make the perfect smash heart for your occasion.
All that's left to do is smash the heart!
